PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order in any of the following ways:

  1. Our online store accepts payment with any credit, debit or prepaid card of the international schemes Visa, Mastercard, JCB. All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform “NBG e-Commerce” of the National Bank of Greece. It is a fully certified system, according to the international security standard “PCI DSS”, the security protocol “EMV 3- D Secure” that meets the requirements of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) which reduces the risk of fraud in electronic transactions and the customer authentication method (two-factor authentication / Strong Customer Identification – SCA) according to the guidelines of the European Banking Authority.
  2. Our online shop, accepts payments via PayPal. 

 

RIGHT OF RETURN & WITHDRAWAL

In case you wish for any of the reasons mentioned below the return of the product and for your best service, please contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at info@aerodromeclothing.com with the subject “RETURN”.

In any case, in order for the product to be returned, you must:

  1. the product to be returned must be in the condition it was received, ie it must be complete, without damage, not used and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product including all labels / tags, necessary accompanying documents, instructions, etc.
  2. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.). If the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

 

Return of products can be done:

  1. In all cases, in which by mistake of the Company (eg error in ordering, shipping, etc.) wrong products were sent, which you received in good faith. The return of the non-ordered items must be made within five (5) days from their receipt, otherwise the Company is not obliged to execute the original order again.
  2. In case of delivery of a defective product, then you can request its replacement with another or your refund. If the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne by the Company. It is pointed out that the Company is responsible for compensation in case of lack of agreed capacity or the existence of a real defect if this has been caused by its fault in accordance with the provisions of articles 534 et seq. οf the Civil Code.
  3. In case you want to change the product with another. Within 14 days of receiving the product you have the right to change the product you received with another of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish. Exceptionally, during discounts, changes are made based on the current discount price and not the original price paid. Please note that any damage to the product when it is returned to us is the sole responsibility of you.
  4. In case you wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the transaction.

 

You have the right to return the product without justification and to request the payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product under Law 2251/1994. Receipt is considered the day that you or a third party you indicated acquired physical possession of the products. In case you bought more products with the same order, which were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product.

For the right of withdrawal please also contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at info@aerodromeclothing.com with the subject “Withdrawal” and a colleague will contact you the soonest.

By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and within the same deadline we are obliged to return any amounts you have paid us (value of returned product and initial shipping costs) using the same payment method you chose to make your initial purchase.

We may withhold refunds of the amounts you have paid us until we receive the product to be returned or until you provide us with clear and unequivocal proof that you have sent it safely (whichever comes first).

The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by the Company and are borne by the customer. For your faster service, we suggest that for the return of the product you choose the company DHL, (the company Speedex for Greece, the company Kronos for Cyprus) with which we cooperate.
